About the Role

As the Social Media Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to achieve our marketing and sales objectives. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media channels, and driving qualified leads for our luxury properties.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy aligned with our overall marketing goals.
• Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on social media trends within the Dubai luxury real estate market.
• Create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) showcasing our properties and the luxurious Dubai lifestyle.
• Manage and schedule content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Run targeted social media advertising campaigns to generate leads and brand awareness.
• Monitor social media engagement, analyze results, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales) to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing, ideally within the luxury real estate industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and best practices.
• Excellent content creation skills (writing, storytelling, visuals).
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
